ADVANCEMENT

Over a period of six months, progress through the four tiers of personal training which include beginner, intermediate, intermediate plus and advanced.

TIER 1

Beginner training for a period of five weeks, followed by a two-week recovery break.

TIER 2

Intermediate training for a period of five weeks, followed by a two-week recovery break.

TIER 3

Intermediate + training for a period of five weeks, followed by a two-week recovery break.

TIER 4

Intensive advanced training over the last six weeks, leading into the completion of the six-month program and an open ended break.
