With over 45 years of experience in gym training, I am a seasoned professional in the industry.

My expertise spans decades of bodybuilding, powerlifting, weightlifting, personal training and sports massage therapy.

In 2018, I wrapped up my one-on-one personal training career after an impressive two-decade journey as a professional in the industry.

Since my retirement, I have dedicated myself to creating this product, which is built on the principles of how I conducted in-person training sessions.

This approach begins gradually, enhancing clients' strength, conditioning, fitness, physique and muscle definition, diligently over time.

There is no rush involved but rather, a diligent, methodical and consistent strategy applied week after week.

Typically, my clients would train with me for around six months, which motivated me to develop an online coaching system that could replicate that experience and could be used by individuals from around the world.

This program is designed for everyday individuals rather than elite athletes, catering to those who would normally consider hiring a personal trainer in NYC.

All that is required is access to a gym, a smartphone to receive daily guidance and the commitment to stick with the program sequences.

It has taken years of development to refine this program, and as of 2026, it is now in its eighth edition, reflecting my yearly dedication to enhancing its quality and delivery.
