COURSE LEVELS

Progress gradually through four stages: beginner, intermediate, intermediate plus and advanced personal training over a time frame of six months.

BEGINNER LEVEL

5 Weeks of training at beginner level, followed by a 2 week break.

INTERMEDIATE LEVEL

4 Weeks of training at intermediate level, followed by a 2 week break.

INTERMEDIATE + LEVEL

4 Weeks of training at intermediate + level, followed by a 2 week break.

ADVANCED LEVEL

6 Weeks of training at advanced level, followed by the end of the program.
